What we process on this website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Two kinds of processing occur:

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) to operate and secure the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are retained per the hosting provider's standard schedule and are not used to identify visitors.
• Email correspondence. If you contact us (e.g. to request a pilot), we process the personal data you include in your email to respond and manage the pilot relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). We retain correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose.

Recipients

About the product itself

Tachyon Signals analyzes publicly broadcast television and radio content. Analysis of personal data appearing in public broadcasts (e.g. statements by public figures) is performed in the product under its own terms, provided to pilot customers; this website page covers only tachyonio.com itself.
